OFFICE SOLUTIONS
We at Concept Office Furniture offer an obligation free, on site, measure and quote to ensure the best office furniture solution for your workplace environment. We are able to provide a wide range of standard products and also custom made products to suit each individual requirement. These ranges are available in a variety of colours and styles. We cater for all projects, from the home office to the corporate office and work with you to ensure your needs and budget are met. We offer a professional delivery and installation service; just mention your requirements at time of quotation for pricing.
All items are available for flat pack for your pickup between 9.30am – 4pm Monday to Friday. Outside these hours is by pre arrangement only
CHAIRS/REPAIRS
We can service and or repair most office chairs. Repairs range from castor replacement, gas lifts, arms, bases etc. So don’t throw your chair away, let us quote on repairing your old one first… could save you lot of dollars.
DELIVERY TIME
Concept Office Furniture professional staff will remove all wrapping from your premises when installing your furniture and all product is cleaned down on final handover.
Delivery times are approx. 3 – 5 working days from placement of order – General range products – exception to this would be if out of stock and if so, we will advise approx. waiting time.
Custom made ranges require approx. 10 – 15 working days as these are manufactured to order
Our Professional delivery team are not able to drill into walls nor touch or remove electrical wiring during the installation of your furniture. Unfortunately we are not able to remove or relocate existing furniture at the time of installation unless a quote for this service has been requested prior.
We will contact you once goods are received to organise your delivery and installation (if required) to a day to suit you. Whilst all efforts are made to book time slots we are unable to allocate exact times however, we can contact you 1 hr prior to delivery if need be. Please advise our staff if this is required at time of placing your order.
All flat pack and pick up items damaged in transit will remain the responsibility of the purchaser and cannot be returned to Concept Office Furniture. Manufacturer’s warranty applies to all flat pack sales.

Concept Office Furniture prides itself on a competitive pricing model. All prices quoted are inclusive of GST. Bulk orders subject to volume discount upon quotation. Prices subject to change without notification.
